Yvonne De Carlo, born on September 1, 1922, in Toronto and died on January 8th, 2007, was the name of a Canadian actress who worked in television and film. Through her career of six decades, her film appearances were prominently featured in the 1950s. She played her most famous roles in films such as Anna Marie in Salome where She danced Anna who was the wife of Moses (Charlton Heston) in The Ten Commandments and Amantha in Band of Angels starring Clark Gable. De Carlo was offered the part as Lily Munster in the CBS TV series The Munsters, alongside Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis.
